In early September 2023, Telman Abbasov was invited by James Watson to discuss the new "Cotswolds Waters Apartments" project. Their collaboration dates back to 2015, when Telman served as President of the World Consul of Developers and Investors (FIABCI). The meeting took place both at the London office and on-site at the "Cotswolds Waters Apartments" construction site in the London suburbs.

The partners exchanged ideas on the best strategies for the project's development and promotion. James Watson expressed particular interest in digitalization, attracting investment, and exploring potential collaboration with GREM. Together, Telman and James toured the project, which comprises 77 houses and 63 apartments set on the picturesque shores of a lake, in an area that has already become home to many prominent figures. This development promises to become one of the most exclusive lakefront estates.
