The construction of new districts always brings vast development opportunities, new investments, and the chance to revitalize the area. Telman Abbasov, a real estate professional, is confident that the premium resort complex along the Caspian Sea coastline, Sea Breeze, will follow this path. He visited the project in August 2024 to explore its potential.

Located just 30 minutes from Baku, this new resort city could become another key attraction near the capital. Moreover, the project offers an opportunity for professionals involved in its development to hone the skills they acquired during real estate master classes. Notably, Telman Abbasov conducted the first two master classes in Azerbaijan in October and December 2023.

During his visit, Telman Abbasov toured the developer’s office and the construction site, assessing the immense investment potential and discussing future collaboration opportunities. The use of modern digital tools via the GREM platform will undoubtedly open up new avenues for maximizing the project's success.
